One of four design concepts that was drafted for this organization. It is not the one chosen to be used, but it was a personal favourite due to its educational and down-to-earth feel.

While the graphic surroundings envelope the content, it doesn't overwhelm it; in fact, the content is still at the very forefront of the design. And thus, it accomplishes exactly what a web site design is supposed to function as.
